Card payments are processed by Stripe at their standard rate. Kilnbook does not add a booking fee on top.
Questions studios ask
- How does the free trial work?
- You get 30 days on the Studio plan with no card. At the end you pick a plan or your account pauses. Nothing is deleted.
- Can I import my members from a spreadsheet?
- Yes. Upload a CSV with names, emails and remaining class credits, and we map the columns for you during setup.
- What happens if I add a fourth kiln?
- You can move from Studio to Collective at any point in the month. We prorate the difference on your next invoice.
- Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
- Registered nonprofits and school ceramics programs get 30% off any plan. Mention it when you book a demo.
