No more racing for the good wheel.

Members reserve wheels, hand-building tables and the slab roller in one-hour blocks. You decide how many hours each membership tier gets and how far ahead they can book.

Rules per membership tier

A Basic member might get 8 wheel hours a week, booked up to 3 days ahead. An Unlimited member might book up to 7 days ahead with no weekly cap. Set peak hours (evenings and weekends) to count double if your studio is always full after 5pm.

Equipment, not just wheels

Add anything members share: a slab roller, an extruder, the spray booth, the good banding wheel. Each one gets its own calendar and its own rules.

Cancellations and no-shows

Set a cancellation window (48 hours is common) and decide what a no-show costs: a lost hour, a fee, or a warning on the first one. Freed-up slots appear on the calendar right away.

Open studio check-in

Put a tablet by the door. Members tap their name when they arrive, and you always know who is in the building, which matters when the kilns are running.
