Every piece, from shelf to pickup.
Members log a piece from their phone when they set it on the bisque shelf. Kilnbook measures it, charges the firing fee, puts it in the right load and tells them when it is cool enough to take home.
See it on your kilnsFiring fees that add themselves up
Set a rate per cubic inch, a flat fee per piece, or both. Members enter height, width and depth (or pick a size from your presets: mug, bowl, large platter) and pay when they log the piece. No more counting pots on a shelf at the end of the month.
Loads that know what is in them
Each kiln has its own queue for bisque, cone 6 and cone 10 glaze firings. You can see how full each load is, move pieces between loads, and mark a load as fired with one tap. Kilnbook keeps a firing log for every kiln with the date, cone, schedule and who loaded it.
Pickup texts
When a load is unloaded, every member with work in it gets a text with a photo of the shelf. Pieces left for more than 30 days can trigger a polite reminder, then a storage fee if you want one.
How many kilns?
The Starter plan covers one kiln. The Studio plan covers up to 5 kilns, and Collective has no limit. Electric, gas and raku kilns all work the same way. Compare plans.
