Courses, drop-ins and packs

A course is a fixed series, like Wheel 101 on Tuesdays for six weeks. A drop-in is a single session anyone can book. A class pack is credit: sell a pack of 5 or 10 and students spend one credit per drop-in, with an expiry date you choose.

Waitlists that work while you sleep

When a class is full, students join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the list gets the seat offered by text and has two hours to accept before it moves on. Students recieve a reminder the day before every class, with what to bring and where to park.

Instructors see their roster

Instructors get their own login with today's roster, who has paid, and who is new to clay. They can mark attendance from the studio tablet and leave notes for the next instructor.

Gift cards

Sell gift cards for any amount or for a specific course. December is the busiest month for most studios we work with, and gift cards are a big part of why.
