Three membership tiers that work for most studios
Studios tend to start with one membership and end up with seven. Here is the structure we see work best, after looking at how members actually book.
Basic
Around $120 a month. Eight wheel hours a week, booked up to three days ahead, one shelf, firing fees paid per piece. This is for the person who comes in twice a week after work.
Regular
Around $175 a month. Sixteen hours a week, booked up to five days ahead, two shelves, and a monthly firing allowance (we suggest 400 cubic inches) before per-piece fees apply.
Unlimited
Around $260 a month. No weekly cap, booked up to seven days ahead, priority on the kiln queue, and a 10% discount on classes.
Keep the rules visible
Whatever tiers you pick, members should be able to see their own limits and remaining hours without asking the front desk. In Kilnbook that is the first thing on the member home screen.
